2. I wonder why Jim believes that the teacher training program is ineffective with teaching technology. The MT program does model the integration of technology and social media with Pepper, student Facebook groups, and also technology use in most classes. While these technologies may not be consistent, and is definitely not perfect, I believe it is modelled with effectiveness.
